Dr. Craig Starger works to advance science for biodiversity conservation, ocean sustainability, foreign policy, and international development. Dr. Starger's research career focused on coral reef conservation, genetics, and climate change. He has also served in the U.S. Federal Government as a foreign affairs officer at the U.S. Department of State and as an environment officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development. Dr Starger recently spent five years at Colorado State University co-designing Future Earth, an international network for sustainability science.
